- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We were reasonably satisfied with the service provided. The owner was very friendly and the facilities were clean and the animals seemed happy enough. I was less happy with the fact that no soft bedding was provided for our cat... Despite being directly told some would be put in the sleeping area when we left. I had brought a T-shirt for our cat to sleep on... And that's all he had between him and the hard floor for 7 days . The cages were a reasonable size and clearly well maintained but for the above reasons we would only use again in an emergency.
